Absolutely. We encourage clients to view stones in person in our Toowoomba showroom. If you're unable to visit, we offer virtual consultations where we can show the stone whilst discussing any questions you may have. Alternatively, on request, we can organise an external gemstone viewing at a location near you. Please contact our team to arrange this.
