1. Eligible customers of Hogans Family Jewellers must enter by completing the entry requirements on Instagram.
2. Offer applies to one (1) entrant that successfully enters the Hogans Family Jewellers Father's Day giveaway during the promotional period.
3. Offer available at the value of $1,495.
4. The period for eligible participation is 10.00am (AEST) Sunday 23 August 2026 - 12.00pm (AEST) Saturday 5 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 
5. The winner will be drawn via a random online generator at 12.05pm on Saturday 7 September 2026.
6. The drawn winner will be notified by a direct message from the official Hogan's Family Jewellers Instagram account on Saturday 5 September at 12.05pm AEST. The winner will also be tagged on the official Hogan's Family Jewellers Instagram account story at 9.00am on Sunday 6 September 2026.
7. Employees of Hogans Family Jewellers and their families are not eligible to enter.

LIABILITY

The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the promotional stock except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the promotional stock or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3.
