Google Review $50 Credit

ABVIL PTY LTD trading as Hogans Family Jewellers will gift a $50 store credit to every Hogans customer that submits a Google review within 30 days of making a purchase either in-store at 241 Margaret Street, Toowoomba or via the Hogans Family Jewellers online store.

THE PROMOTION – Google Review $50 Credit
1. This promotion will commence 12pm Tuesday 26 March 2024 and finish 8pm Monday 30 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”). To enter this promotion and be eligible, a Hogans customer must submit a Google review for Hogans Family Jewellers via their own nominated Google account during the Promotion Period and within 30 days of their purchase from Hogans showroom or online store.

THE PROMOTIONAL STOCK
1. There is a total of three hundred (300) $50 Hogans Family Jewellers store credits to be issued to the first 300 hundred individual and eligible Hogans customers.

HOW TO ENTER & REDEMPTION
1. A maximum of one $50 store credit can be redeemed per person.
2. To be successful, the Hogans customer must first make a product or repair purchase and successfully submit a Google review for Hogans Family Jewellers by Monday 30 September 2024.
3. For Hogans Family Jewellers staff to issue a $50 store credit to each eligible customer, the Google review must be submitted under the Hogans Family Jewellers Google profile.
4. Hogans Family Jewellers takes no responsibility for Google reviews that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Elible customers of Hogans Family Jewellers must enter by submitting a Google review for Hogans Family Jewellers.
2. Offer applies to the first eligible three hundred (300) Hogans Family Jewellers customers.
3. Offer available up to the limit of one $50 store credit per person.
4. Offer applies to Australian residents only.
5. Offer available in conjunction with normal operating conditions and hours of Hogans Family Jewellers.
6. Participants may opt-out of Hogans Family Jewellers database at any time. 
7. The period for eligible participation is 12pm Tuesday 26 March and will finish at 8pm Monday 30 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 
8. Successful Hogans customers will be notified of the issue of their $50 store credit by email or phone.
9. The $50 store credit can be used in-store at Hogans Family Jewellers, 241 Margaret Street, Toowoomba or applied to any online sale via Hogans Family Jewellers' website.
10. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account or email address. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
11. If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the Store Credit, your spend will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
12. We reserve the right to correct the balance of your store credit if we believe that a clerical or account error has occurred.
13. Employees of Hogans Family Jewellers and their families are not eligible to enter.
14. Promoter ABVIL PTY LTD trading as Hogans Family Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
15. By accepting these terms and conditions, the successful registrants agree to Hogans Family Jewellers privacy policy.

LIABILITY
1. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the promotional stock except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the promotional stock or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to approval.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the promotional stock where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the promotional stock. Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
5.1. Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice on the Hogans Family Jewellers website.
5.2. Not use the personal information you have provided
6. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
7. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
